Your final score may show as zero if the game session ended before any points were submitted, or if the session was interrupted.
Overview
This affects teachers and students who complete a game but see a score of zero on the results screen.
Cause
Scores are calculated during gameplay and submitted to the server when a session ends cleanly. If the page was closed early, the connection dropped, or the session timed out before the results screen appeared, the recorded score may be zero. Steps
- Make sure you stay connected to the internet for the full duration of a game.
- Do not close the browser tab until the game's results screen has appeared and your score is displayed.
- Avoid refreshing the page during a game, as this may end the session early.
- If your score shows as zero after completing a game, try playing another round to confirm whether the issue is ongoing.
- If you see a negative score, this is not expected behavior — please contact us immediately.
