Can't log in to my account

Resolve common sign-in issues including wrong login method, forgotten passwords, and network blocks.

You may have trouble signing in if you are using the wrong login method or if there is a problem with your account credentials.

Overview

This affects teachers and students who cannot get past the Roxxem login screen.

Steps

  1. Check that you are entering the correct email address and password.
  1. If you originally signed up with Google, use the Continue with Google option — do not type a password.
  1. If you originally signed up with Apple, use the Continue with Apple option.
  1. If you forgot your password, use the Forgot password? link on the login page to reset it.
  1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try signing in again.
  1. Try a different browser or device.
  1. Make sure your school's network is not blocking Roxxem's address (app.roxxem.com).

Still not working?

Email hi@roxxem.com with your account email address and the error message you see. Do not include your password in the email.
