You may have trouble signing in if you are using the wrong login method or if there is a problem with your account credentials.
Overview
This affects teachers and students who cannot get past the Roxxem login screen.
Steps
- Check that you are entering the correct email address and password.
- If you originally signed up with Google, use the Continue with Google option — do not type a password.
- If you originally signed up with Apple, use the Continue with Apple option.
- If you forgot your password, use the Forgot password? link on the login page to reset it.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try signing in again.
- Try a different browser or device.
- Make sure your school's network is not blocking Roxxem's address (app.roxxem.com).
Still not working?
Email hi@roxxem.com with your account email address and the error message you see. Do not include your password in the email.
