Roxxem may become unresponsive or crash due to browser memory issues, outdated software, or connectivity problems.
Overview
This affects teachers and students who experience the app freezing, a blank white screen, or the page crashing.
Steps
- Refresh the page.
- Close other browser tabs and applications to free up memory.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then reload Roxxem.
- Make sure your browser is up to date. Chrome is recommended.
- Try a different device if one is available.
- If the app crashes during a live game, rejoin using the same game code. Your progress should be restored automatically.
- Note what you were doing when the crash or freeze occurred — this helps narrow down the cause.
