Overview
Roxxem rewards consistent study with streaks and experience points (XP). Streaks track how many days in a row you meet your daily goal. XP measures your overall learning progress.
Daily streaks
- Set a daily study goal (number of minutes) in your profile settings.
- Meet your goal each day to increase your streak count.
- Missing a day resets the streak to zero.
- Your longest-ever streak is saved even if your current streak resets.
- See your current streak at the top of your Activity page.
Experience points (XP)
- Earn XP by playing games, completing lessons, finishing assignments and reviewing vocabulary.
- In games, XP depends on how much of the game you finish, its difficulty, and your accuracy (up to +50% for answering correctly). Powers don't change the XP a game gives.
- Your first game of the day earns bonus XP.
- Teachers earn XP for every live game they host with at least 2 players.
- XP adds up to your level. Every level earns a skill point for your skill tree, and Passion. See How do skill points and the skill tree work? and What is Passion?
- See your XP total and your level on your profile: open the menu under your avatar, select Account, then select your name at the top.
- See the XP you earned in any day, week, month or year on your Activity page. See What's on the Activity page?.
Leaderboards
- The season leaderboard ranks everyone by the XP they've earned this season. Find it on the Season page.
- Class leaderboards rank the students in a class.
- Contests have their own leaderboards.
FAQ
Does playing on multiple devices affect my streak?
No. Your streak is tied to your account, not your device. Progress syncs automatically.
What counts toward my daily goal?
Any active study — lessons, games, or assignments. Browsing the library or watching videos without interacting does not count.
Why did my level go back to 1?
Season 1 started on October 12, 2026, and everyone started the season at level 1 for a fresh start. See What are seasons?
