What is an activity report?
An activity report is an AI-generated summary of a single live game or live lesson you hosted with your students. Every time you run a live session, Roxxy 🦊 analyzes how it went and turns the results into clear, actionable insights — so you don't have to dig through raw scores yourself.
Reports are for teachers. You'll find them under Reports in your dashboard, or by tapping View Activity Reports on your home screen.
💡 Full reports are a Pro Teacher feature. On the free plan you'll see the headline stats and a preview; upgrading to Pro Teacher unlocks the complete breakdown.
How reports are created
You don't need to generate anything manually. A report is created automatically whenever you host a live session:
- Play a live game or run a live lesson with your class.
- When the session ends, tap View Report on the results screen (it opens in a new tab).
- The report starts as "AI analysis in progress…" and fills in within a few moments — the page refreshes on its own while it's being prepared.
ℹ️ A report is only generated if students actually answered during the session. If no one answered, you'll see Report Not Available instead.
What's in a report
Each report is a full picture of one session:
- Session snapshot — the game or lesson played, the video used, number of participants, and the date.
- Headline stats — overall accuracy, average response time, and participant count.
- Quick takeaways — AI-spotted strengths, areas to improve, and notable observations.
- The story behind the results — a plain-language narrative of how the session actually went.
- The move — prioritized, concrete next steps for your next lesson.
- Individual student performance — per-student scores and accuracy, with tags like Strong Performance or Needs Support, plus an answer-by-answer breakdown you can expand.
- Vocabulary breakdown — which words students got right or wrong, and how often.
- Questions & lines breakdown — accuracy on each question or line, including the most common wrong answers.
Game reports vs. lesson reports
- A game report covers a single live game.
- A lesson report rolls up all the activities within one live lesson into a single view.
What you can do with a report
- Download as PDF to save or share with your class (Pro Teacher).
- Play again — jump straight back into the same game with the same video.
- Rate the report with a thumbs up or down to help us improve the insights.
