Is there a free trial?
Yes. When you create a new account you automatically get 2 weeks of Pro for free.
Does Roxxem have ads?
No. Roxxem has no ads on any plan.
Do my students have to pay?
No. One Pro Teacher subscription covers unlimited student accounts at no extra cost.
How do I upgrade?
Go to https://www.app.roxxem.com/plans and pick monthly or annual. See How to upgrade to Pro for step-by-step instructions.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from Account Settings → Plan → Manage Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then revert to Basic. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there instead.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards for individuals. School and district licenses can pay by purchase order or by credit card when they pay their quote — upload your PO and the license activates immediately. If you need to pay by check, email hi@roxxem.com.
