Overview
Schools and districts can buy Roxxem licenses in bulk, giving their teachers — and those teachers' students — Pro access on one license with a single shared end date. Quotes are self-serve: request one at app.roxxem.com/quote and it arrives by email immediately. No sales call, no waiting.
How to get started
- Go to app.roxxem.com/quote — you don't need a Roxxem account to request a quote.
- Enter your school name, number of teachers, and contact details.
- Your quote arrives by email immediately, with volume pricing already applied.
- Pay by purchase order (upload it and get an invoice straight away) or by credit card. You'll sign in to Roxxem to pay — whoever pays becomes the license manager.
- Add your teachers yourself from your Group License dashboard, any time during the term.
What is included
- Pro Teacher access for all enrolled teachers
- Student Pro access for students enrolled in a Pro teacher's class — automatically granted while the teacher's plan is active, with the same features as a full Pro plan
- Volume pricing: 10% off for 2–8 teachers, 20% off for 9 or more
- Annual billing with invoices sent to your billing contact
Renewal
- Group subscriptions run for a year from activation and do not auto-renew.
- We email the license manager a reminder 30 days before the end date, with a link to renew — the same self-serve quote flow, no need to contact us.
FAQ
Can individual teachers opt into a school subscription?
Yes. A single teacher can request a quote and pay with a purchase order, which is often the easiest route when your school can issue a PO but doesn't want a district-wide contract. Volume discounts start at 2 teachers. If your school already has a Roxxem license, ask whoever manages it to add your email from their Group License dashboard.
Does our school IT department need to do anything?
Ensure YouTube is not blocked on school networks, as Roxxem streams all videos from YouTube. See System Requirements for other technical details.
Do you accept purchase orders (PO)?
Yes. Upload your PO when you pay a quote and your license activates immediately — you don't have to wait for us to process it. The invoice is issued straight away with your PO number on it.
