Overview
Roxxem occasionally offers promo codes or discount codes for new or existing subscribers. You can enter a code when upgrading or in your account settings.
Apply a code when upgrading
- Go to Account Settings > Upgrade to Pro.
- On the Stripe checkout page, look for a Promo Code or Discount Code field.
- Enter your code and select Apply.
- If the code is valid, your discount appears in the order summary.
- Complete the checkout to activate the discounted plan.
FAQ
My code is not working. What should I do?
Check that the code is entered exactly as provided (codes are case-sensitive). Confirm it has not expired and that you meet any eligibility conditions (for example, "new subscribers only"). Contact hi@roxxem.com if you believe the code should be valid.
Can I use more than one code at a time?
Generally only one promo code can be applied per subscription. Terms vary by promotion.
