Roxxem turns the culture your students already love — music, TV, viral videos, podcasts, and news — into interactive, curriculum-aligned language lessons and games. Here's a quick tour of what's inside.
Video library
Roxxem's content library spans several categories of authentic media — music (our largest category), TV, viral videos, podcasts, and news. Every piece of content comes with a synchronized transcript, translations, and per-word detail, so you can study the exact language you're hearing in real time.
Four games
Every video in the library connects to Roxxem's core games:
- Whac-A-Word — fast, reflexive word identification
- Vocab Harvest — vocabulary mastery
- Quiz Ninja — multiple-choice comprehension
- Sentence Snake — sequencing and sentence structuring practice
Each game works on its own, so you can jump straight into practice with any piece of content.
Lesson generation
With the AI Lesson Builder, type a topic — like "ordering food at a restaurant for my Spanish 1 class" — or upload your own material, and Roxxy drafts a complete, playable, curriculum-aligned lesson in about 60–90 seconds. A generated lesson can include slides, videos, vocabulary, comprehension questions, printable handouts, live classroom games, and assessments with performance reports.
Individual lessons
Prefer to build your own? Pick any video, and it becomes a ready-to-use lesson on its own — complete with transcript, translation toggle, vocabulary, and all four games attached, so students can study it independently or you can pull it into class.
Classes and assignments
Teachers can create classes, invite students with a class code or invite link, and assign content, lessons, vocab lists, or question sets as homework. Every class comes with progress tracking, so you can see exactly what students have practiced and where they're improving.
