Overview
If you have forgotten your password or want to change it, you can reset it from the Roxxem login page in a few steps.
Reset a forgotten password
- Go to the Roxxem login page.
- Select Forgot password? below the login form.
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
- Select the link in the email.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Log in with your new password.
Change your password (when already logged in)
- Select your profile and go to Account.
- Select the box with the pencil icon.
- Select Change Password.
- Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
- Save your changes.
For teachers: reset a student's password
- Open your class in the Teacher dashboard.
- Find the student in your class roster.
- Select the options menu (the three little dots) next to their name.
- Choose Reset Password and follow the prompts.
FAQ
I did not receive the reset email.
Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you entered the correct email address. If you still do not receive it, contact hi@roxxem.com.
I signed up with Google or Apple — where is my password?
If you signed up using Google or Apple, you do not have a Roxxem password. Use Continue with Google or Continue with Apple to log in.
