Overview
You can invite students to your class in two ways: by sharing a direct join link or by sharing your class code. The class code is a short code generated automatically when you create a class.
How to Invite Students
1. Select a class
2. On the selected class, click on the "Invite Students" button.
3. You will have two options:
- You can provide a link to a student to join via link.
- Or you can ask the students to create a student account and insert the class code to join.
Option 1: Join via link
- Click on "Invite Students" from your selected class.
- Copy the direct join link.
- Share it with your students via your school communication platform, LMS, or email.
- Students click the link to join the class directly.
Option 2: Join via class code
Find your class code
- Log in with your Teacher account.
- Open the class from the Classes section.
- Your class code appears near the top of the class page or in the Invite Students section.
Share the code
- Read it aloud or write it on the board.
- Paste it into an email or message to your students.
- Students create a student account on Roxxem, select Join a Class, and enter the code.
FAQ
What if a student joins the wrong class?
The teacher can completely remove the student from the class, or move them to the correct class if the student belongs to the same teacher.
Can two classes have the same code?
No. Each class has a unique code.
Do codes expire?
Class codes do not expire.
