Canceling your Plan

How to cancel your Pro subscription

Overview

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts back to the Free plan.

Steps

  1. Log in to Roxxem.
  1. Go to Account Settings > Plan.
  1. Select Manage Subscription and See Subscription History.
  1. Select Cancel subscription.
  1. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  1. After that date, your account switches to the Free plan.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play

You must cancel through the store, not through the Roxxem app:

  • iOS: go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions and cancel Roxxem.
  • Android: go to Google Play > Subscriptions and cancel Roxxem.

FAQ

Will I lose my progress if I cancel?

No. Your study history, word data, and account settings are preserved. You simply lose access to Pro features.

Can I get a refund?

Roxxem's refund policy depends on how you subscribed. Contact hi@roxxem.com for refund requests.
