Overview
Sentence Snake challenges you to arrange the words of a lyric line in the correct order. It builds comprehension of sentence structure in your target language.
How to play
- Select a song, then choose Sentence Snake from the game options.

- Choose your mode:
- Solo (for individual play)
- Live Game (for classroom/teacher-led sessions)

- For Solo → Select your difficulty and your power up!

- For Teacher → Select your prefer game mode for live
- Student Paced: Students work at their own pace. They see the video on their devices while playing the game.
- Teacher Led: You control the video and game rounds. Students answer on their devices.

- Select your difficulty, class settings, and customize power up!

- A lyric line from the song appears with its words scrambled.
- Tap or drag the words into the correct order.
- Confirm your answer. Correct answers earn points; incorrect answers show the correct order before moving on.
- Continue through a series of lyric lines from the song.

Difficulty
At higher difficulty levels you may see longer lyric lines, fewer visual hints, or less time to answer. See Adjust Game Difficulty to change the level.
Powers
Sentence Snake has unique powers like Lyric Hint, Deadly Strike, Inspiration, Revelation, and Eagle Eye, plus shared powers like Inner Fire and Resurrection. In Live games, additional player and teacher powers are available.

FAQ
The correct answer was rejected — is the lyric wrong?
Lyric data is community-maintained and occasionally contains errors. If you believe a lyric or accepted answer is incorrect, contact hi@roxxem.com.
Can I skip a lyric line?
No. You must complete each lyric line to progress. If your answer is incorrect, the correct order is shown and the game moves you forward automatically.
