How to Join & Play in Roxxem contests?

How to join and compete in Roxxem contests.

Overview

Locura de Marzo, Manie Musicale, the ESL Contest, and more. Roxxem contests are bracket-style competitions where students earn points by playing games on tournament videos. The more you play, the higher you and your class climb on the leaderboard.

How Contests Work

Roxxem contests use a bracket format — 16 videos compete head-to-head until one wins, similar to March Madness.

Here's how it plays out:

  1. Each day, two videos go head-to-head and students vote to decide which video advances.
  1. For each of the 16 videos, students play 4 interactive games.
  1. The highest score in each game counts, and points are added up across all games and all videos.
  1. Students and classrooms with the most total points rise on the leaderboard and compete for prizes.
